A 50% deposit is required before we commence work.

Although great caution is exercised by us in security matters, as well as the tanning process, etc.,
we cannot be held responsible for loss due to theft, fire, hairslip or other perils beyond our reasonable control. |

We reserve the right to change prices without notice.

Any work not paid for in full within 120 days of notification of completion thereof will be sold to
defray expenses without prior warning. |

|
A nominal fee will be charged for the collection of trophies.

Please note: Our clients are responsible for obtaining all CITES permits for their trophies from the Fish and Wildlife Services before we can ship them.

If the clients wish to insure their trophies while in our care the responsibility will fall upon the client.

If you wish to have your trophies measured for SCI, cost per animal is $10.

What is meant by packing, crating & documentation is the following:

The costs involved in packing, crating & documentation vary according to the number of animals being processed and the size of the shipping crate. These charges are added to the final bill.

Airfreight and airport charges will be billed directly to you by the airfreight company at the time of
receiving . |
|
|
All our crates are custom made to fit your trophies so as to save you cubic space and money.
|
|
|
We can quote you a price at the time of receipt of your trophies, but this may change at the time of
packing. |
